The Mipec Riverside Project is located at No. 2, Long Bien Street, Ngoc Lam Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi. The Project is constructed in a land of 17.000m2 with 2 towers of 35 storeys. Mipec Riverside is invested by Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC), and designed by DA Architecture Group Company (South Korea).

The project began in the second quarter of 2011, expected to be completed and put into use since the third quarter of 2014.
