Licogi13 High Rise Building – Hanoi

 

Situated at No.164 Khuat Duy Tien Street, Hanoi City, Licogi 13 Tower is built on an area of 3.363 m2 with 27 floors and 3 basements. It is a building of a mixture of offices and rental apartments.

The office areas are from the 1^st floor to 15^th floor with an average floor area of 887m2 while the apartments for rent is from the 16^th floor to 25^th floor with floor area of ​​approximately 850m2. Penthouses located on the 26^th and 27^th floor.

The project is also designed with technological solutions, applied environmentally friendly materials and equipped with modern technical systems such as HVAC system, elevator system, PA system, access control system, etc. as well.

PMC has been chosen to provide operation and management service, training and transferring of management procedures to the building since August 2013.
