Dolphin Plaza Project – Hanoi

The Dolphin Plaza Towers are designing impressively with 4 towers of 28 storey each that expanding over the Sky Garden area.

 The projet is constructed in a land of 9.874m2, total construction area is 3.290m2 at No. 28, Tran Binh Street, My Dinh, Hanoi. This project is invested by an association of TID Jsc., PVFC and PVFC Land.

The basement is having 2 floors whereas the 1st floor is high more than 5m. Total area of these 2 basements is 17.000m2.

We, M/S Consultancy and Investment CONINCO Jsc., has been selected to supply Inspection and Certification of Satisfaction of Condition on Safe Weight-Bearing Capacity and Construction Quality Conformity Certificate (CQC) for this Project
