The first TEXO’s Trade Union Conference in the term of 2017-2022
On November 23rd, 2017, in Hanoi, Trade Union of Consultancy & Investment TEXO Joint Stock Company successfully held the Trade Union’s Conference in the term of 2017-2022.
The Conference received the participation of Member of Executive Committee of Trade Union under Ministry of Construction, Chairman of CONINCO’s Trade Union Nguyen Huy Quang, Member of Executive Committee of Trade Union under Ministry of Construction Agency Nguyen Thi Kim Lien, Vice Chairman of CONINCO’s Trade Union Pham Quang Hong, representives from Youth Union and 72 members from different Trade Union’s Units of the company.
TEXO’s Trade Union has been a basic one directly under Ministry of Construction’s Trade Union since 2015. Until October 2017, there were 80 members of TEXO’s Trade Union including 69 males and 11 females who came from 11 different Union Units. 100% of TEXO’s Officials have bachelor degrees. There were also 12 party members ( 9 males and 3 females ) regularly attending the Party cell meeting once a month. All of these facts can show the development of the quantity as well as quality of TEXO’s Trade Union throughout a short period of time.
Officials of TEXO make every effort to dedicate their best to the development of TEXO. Besides, all staffs always work strickly in compliance with the Company’s Policy as well as the regulation under Law of Vietnam, Company’s Policy. TEXO’s Trade Union attempts to propagandize the codes of professional ethics to officials in order to build a cultural lifestyle in the company.
TEXO’s Trade Union, former CONINCO’s Trade Union, has been developing in both the quantity and quality in accordance with the Union regulations. According to reports as well as suggestions from members, TEXO always care for human resource of TEXO’s Trade Union. Determining the main mission is business activity, so which can impulse the development of Trade Union, TEXO concentrates on improving the human resource management system as well as building the labour agreement to promote the Union Movement among TEXO’s officials.
Deputy General Director Nguyen Quang Vinh appreciated all the achievements of TEXO’s Trade Union over the years. The year 2015 marked the independent development of TEXO’s Trade Union, from a branch of CONINCO’s Union to an independent Trade Union under Ministry of Construction. In the next stage, TEXO Union strives for growing in both quantity & quality and developing sustainably.
