SLP holds the groundbreaking ceremony of a modern warehouse project with total leasable area of more than 90,000 sqm in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam

Hanoi, 23 June 2022 – SLP has officially commenced construction of SLP Park Nam Son Hap Linh at Lot D, Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park, Nam Son Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province.

This is SLP’s second project in Bac Ninh province after SLP Park Yen Phong. Upon completion, SLP Park Nam Son Hap Linh will feature Grade A warehouses with modern standards. The project with a total leasable area of more than 90,000 sqm, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2023.

SLP Park Nam Son Hap Linh is located in Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park, Bac Ninh City. Bac Ninh is a popular international investment destination for large-scale, high-tech, and environmentally conscious investors. SLP Park Nam Son Hap Linh is located near the successful investment-attracted industrial parks such as Que Vo Industrial Park, Tien Son Industrial Park, and VSIP Bac Ninh. This location is also easily accessible to Hanoi, Noi Bai airport, Hai Phong port (Hai Phong City), Cai Lan port (Quang Ninh Province), and Huu Nghi border gate.
