The Pride Project
The Pride, locating on Le Van Luong Street (extension section of 5,7km, cross section of 40m), spreading through Phung Khoang Urban Area, Van Phuc Ward, Duong Noi, crossing Le Trong Tan Street that connect to ring road no. 4, Yen Nghia Ward (Ha Dong Dist.,). This road will be the major traffic road of Ha Dong Dist., in connection with Hanoi for sharing traffic capacity of the other current 6 overload roads and also creating development for many other construction project at the North of Ha Dong District.
The Pride comprises of 4 towers which are from 35 to 45 storey. The 4 towers are owning one Podium of 6 storey and 1 basement. Ground floor and 2nd floor are assigning as Trade Center, Entertainment and other Services. 3rd and 4th floors are Car Parking Areas and Services Areas. 5th floor is Sport Center, Gym and Spa, Swimming Pool and Public Area plus green fields for residents. 6th floor is Office for Lease Area… The Project contains 14 elevators from basement to sue for trade and service areas, 28 elevators for apartment areas, 14 staircases, 4 slopes and 02 service lifts.

– Initial Project Design: I.D.E.A Company and Sunjin Engineering & Architectual Company (Korea)
– Technical Design: I.D.E.A Company and WSP Hong Kong Co., Ltd.
– Total Investment: 3.200 billion Vnd.
– Total Construction Period: 36 months.
