The Signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Association in the field of Construction Consultancy between TEXO and TOPEC Enginerring Group (Korea)

 

Implementing the policy of the BODs on promoting the development of international cooperation, in the morning of June 3, 2020, Consultancy and Investment TEXO JSC have signed a Memorandum of Association in the fields of construction consultancy with TOPEC Vietnam Co., Ltd. (under TOPEC Group of Korea). There were Mr. Do Quoc Huynh – Chairman of the BODs – General Director of Consultancy & Investment TEXO JSC and Mr. Choi Young Hwan – Consulting Director of TOPEC Vietnam Co., Ltd. representing 2 companies attended the Ceremony.

Established since 1993, TOPEC Group of Korea has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of designning and construction consultancy with many large-scale projects around the world. With the establishment of branches in Dubai, China, Vietnam … in recent years, TOPEC has gradually affirm its brand in the domestic and foreign markets.

After cooperating on a number of projects, understanding each other’s capabilities, thinking and strengths, TOPEC Group and TEXO have agreed to cooperate fully with each other in the field of construction consultancy. By signing a Memorandum of Association, the two sides committed to support each other in the consulting services, take advantage of each other’s strengths to improve capacity and quality of services, increase brand value in the market.
