The apartment of the Institute of Strategy and Science – Ministry of Public Security, also known as the apartment of Institute of Strategy – Group 9 , Song Da 7 apartment is a housing project for soldiers of the Institute of Strategy and Science – Ministry of Public Security and some agencies of Hanoi. The project is invested by Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment & Development JSC and was started construction in 2013. Consultancy and Investment TEXO JSC is supplying consultant supervision service for this project.

Built on an area of ​​2440m2, the project consists of two basements and 27 floors with a construction density of 61% and a total floor area of ​​33,155m2. After completion, it is expected to provide residents in this area with over 200 apartments.
