TEXO attended the Topping-out Ceremony of the D’eldorado II project

 

In the morning of June 26, 2019, Tan Hoang Minh Group hold the Topping Out Ceremony of D ‘. El Dorado II project which is located in a prime location next to West Lake. Texo is honored to supply the consultant supervision service for this project. Mr. Do Quoc Huynh – Chairman of the BODs, General Director of Consultancy and Investment TEXO JSC attended this event.

Starting construction since March 2018, D ’. El Dorado II consists of 27 floors and 3 basements. Designed with neoclassical European architecture and smart-home interior, the project has interested many customers since its launch. Thanks to the determination of the investor Tan Hoang Minh, the urgent and serious working spirit of the general contractor Delta and the capital sponsorship from SHB bank, after only over 1 year of construction, the project has been completed successfully and even exceeded the set schedule. This is an important milestone showing the progress ensurance of the investor Tan Hoang Minh.

Project D ’. El Dorado consists of two towers. D ‘. El Dorado I is located at Lac Long Quan and D ’. El Dorado II is located at the crossroads of Vo Chi Cong and Nguyen Hoang Ton. El Dorado I has been topped out since December 2018 and is in the process of finalizing to hand over to customers in the fourth quarter of 2019.
