- 1st Phase : 171 2-storey apartments, restaurants, pool center, dolphin pool, infrastructure with the estimated cost of VND 1.000 billions, total plot area CFA of 51.828 m2
- 2nd Phase: 25-storey condotel block ( with approximately 800 rooms ), estimated cost of VND 1.100 billions, the investor is on the stage of finishing design, expecting offer in the 2nd quarter -2018.
