Leaders of Consultancy and Investment TEXO Joint Stock Company attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of FLC Complex Thanh Hoa project

In July 19, 2014, representatives of Consultancy and Investment TEXO JSC including Deputy General Director Trinh Thang Loi and Director of Center 2 Doan Duy Ngoc attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony of FLC Complex Thanh Hoa. The project has a total investment of over 1,200 billion VND.

FLC Complex Thanh Hoa project has a total area of ​​16,022.5 m2, a construction area of ​​7,200 m2. The project is located at Lot C4 – C5 of South Urban Area in Thanh Hoa City, Voi – Sam Son T-junction, an arterial road linking the city center with Sam Son.

Accroding to the design, the project consists of a 18-storey complex and a 6-storey complex. In particular, the 18-storey building consists of 6 floors of commercial center, service and two 12-storey tower blocks of apartments, providing about 400 apartments with areas from 45 – 100 m2 and many amenities such as playground, swimming pool, kindergarten, helipad, community room …
The 6-storey building next to the 18-storey building will include commercial center, supermarkert and service stalls.

It is planned that FLC Complex Thanh Hoa project will be completed in 2 years which not only create a highlight for the new South urban area of Thanh Hoa but also contribute to the housing fund in the area, attracting investment in Thanh Hoa province, promoting the socio-economic development of the province in general, said Doan Van Phuong – General Director of FLC.
