INTECH GROUP – High-Tech Manufacturing, R&D, Training and Testing Complex – Bac Ninh

The INTECH Technology and Innovation Complex (INTECH TIC) is located at No. 32, Huu Nghi Street, Tu Son City, Bac Ninh Province, within the Business Hub of the VSIP Bac Ninh Industrial Park. The project is being designed and built by INTECH Infrastructure and Construction JSC, with Consultancy and Investment TEXO JSC serving as the Construction Supervision Consultant.

Spanning nearly 30,000 square meters, INTECH TIC is designed to meet LEED Gold green building standards from the United States. The complex includes manufacturing areas for cleanroom equipment, industrial air handling units (AHUs), prefabricated MEP systems, and a state-of-the-art testing and certification center that complies with European and American standards. This is the first large-scale complex in Vietnam that combines manufacturing and testing, showcasing INTECH Group’s strategic vision.

In addition, the project allocates dedicated space for R&D in high-tech fields such as semiconductors and data centers. These areas are designed to foster partnerships with investors for the implementation of advanced technology projects.

The development of INTECH TIC not only reinforces INTECH Group’s pioneering position in high-tech manufacturing, research, training, and testing, but also contributes to enhancing Vietnam’s standing in the global technology supply chain.
