CT1 zones – Nam Thang Long Ciputra Urban Area

Nam Thang Long-Hanoi Urban (Hanoi Ciputra) is one of the first new towns which was built by  Indonesia and Vietnam investors joint venture in Hanoi. TEXO Consulting and Investment JSC honored to be selected as monitoring unit for the CT1 – basement and Block C – Phase 2 of this project.

As one of the projects which has the largest scale in the North urban areas, Ciputra was built and developed based on the correlation balance between urban space and the natural environment, creating a multifunction city, an ideal space to meet the needs of the most state-of-the-art residence, commerce, tourism and entertainment in the North. The area is located in the northwest of Hanoi and is considered as urban areas with the highest quality public service of international standard.

TEXO Consulting and Investment JSC is doing consulting and monitoring work in project  CT1- Ciputra urban area – Nam Thang Long.
