The factory is expected to consume approximately 1,000 tons of raw materials per day. The planned material supply area covers about 200,000 hectares across Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Hoa Binh, and Son La provinces. This will be the largest pressed bamboo board factory in the world in terms of scale and capacity, equipped with advanced European machinery and technology.

The factory is scheduled to begin operations in May 2026 and is expected to contribute to the local socio-economic development by creating around 100 regular jobs at the plant and thousands of indirect jobs. It will help raise income levels, improve livelihoods, and contribute to the state budget. Furthermore, with eco-friendly products exported to many countries worldwide, the project will help promote the Thanh Hoa bamboo brand in particular and the Vietnamese bamboo industry in general.
