TEXO welcomes Honhui Group delegation for an official visit and working session
On April 3, 2025, TEXO Consultancy and Investment Joint Stock Company had the honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from Honhui Group – Taiwan for a formal visit and working session at the Company’s headquarter. Honhui delegation was led by Professor Dr. Liang-Jenq Leu – Senior Advisor of Honhui Group, and Ms. Tsui Mei Lan – General Manager of the Cost Control & Procurement Center and Business Development Center under Honhui Group.
Professor Dr. Liang-Jenq Leu from Cornell University is currently the professor of Department of Civil Engineering, National Taiwan University, the President of Taiwan Society for Construction Safety, Honorary President of Taiwan Society for Circular Economy, CEO of Institute of Engineer Education Taiwan (IEET), Chair of Canberra Accord.
The working delegation also included several other senior members from Honhui Group, such as Mr. Chang Chia Cheng – Executive Director, Mr. Lin Hsiao Nan – Deputy Executive Director, and other key representatives. The delegation was joined by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Senior Lecturer of the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Construction – Hanoi University of Civil Engineering; and Dr. Pham Dinh Hai, Director of the ATC Center and Lecturer at the same faculty.
On behalf of TEXO, the meeting was attended by Mr. Do Quoc Huynh – Chairman of the Board, General Director; Mr. Trinh Thang Loi – Deputy General Director; Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh – Deputy General Director; Mr. Doan Duy Ngọc – Director of Center No. 2; Mr. Hoang Duc Vu – Head of Technical Department; Ms. Le Phương Ly – Head of General Administration Department; and Ms. Doan Hai Van – Deputy Head of Market Development Department.

During the session, Honhui Group expressed its intention to explore cooperation opportunities through TEXO and connect with reputable construction contractors in Vietnam. The Group aims to engage these partners in the execution of its ongoing and upcoming projects in Taiwan, Thailand, Guam, and other countries where it is actively investing.
From TEXO’s side, the Company expressed a strong interest in participating in Honhui Group’s international projects in the capacity of a consulting partner. TEXO also looks forward to leveraging the introduction and support of Prof. Dr. Liang-Jenq Leu and Honhui Group to gain access to Taiwanese-funded projects in Vietnam, where it can provide professional consultancy services.
This visit marks a promising beginning for a fruitful partnership between TEXO and Honhui Group in particular, and with Taiwanese partners in general. It also opens up new avenues for international cooperation, market expansion, and the enhancement of TEXO’s standing in the regional arena.
