Groundbreaking Ceremony of Greenera Southmark – Thanh Tri, Hanoi
The Greenera Southmark project is planned on a 3.5-hectare site at 486 Ngoc Hoi Street, Van Dien Town, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi. The project consists of three 31-story apartment towers with three basement levels, offering 800 apartments ranging in size from 80 to 179.4 square meters. Located in southeastern Hanoi along National Highway 1A, the project ensures convenient access to the city center. With luxurious design and a wide range of amenities, Greenera Southmark promises to provide an ideal living space for residents of Thanh Tri and Hoang Mai.
On March 10, the investor, Tan Hoang Minh Group, and the developer Ramond Holdings, officially broke ground on the Greenera Southmark commercial, service, and apartment complex in Thanh Tri, Hanoi. Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy General Director of TEXO Consultancy and Investment Joint Stock Company, attended the event as the representative of the project’s supervision consultancy unit.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy General Director of TEXO Consultancy and Investment JSC, delivered an important speech. He emphasized TEXO’s crucial role in supervising and ensuring the project’s construction quality. He also pledged that TEXO would carry out its supervisory responsibilities with the highest level of commitment, adhering strictly to technical standards and project timelines. Furthermore, he expressed confidence in the close collaboration among all project stakeholders, aiming to deliver a high-quality, safe, and sustainable development.
Since the beginning of 2025, Hanoi has launched and implemented several housing projects, particularly affordable housing developments, to meet the growing demand. Notable projects include:
- N01 Ha Dinh Social Housing (UDIC Eco Tower) – 440 apartments
- Kim Chung New Urban Area Social Housing – 1,104 apartments
- Uy No Dong Anh Social Housing – 466 apartments
- Phu Lam Social Housing – 1,902 apartments
These developments reflect Hanoi’s ongoing efforts to enhance urban housing infrastructure and improve living conditions for its residents.
