TEXO won 04 awards for high-quality projects awarded by the Ministry of Construction for the first phase of 2020

 

In the afternoon of July 1, 2020, at the Awarding Ceremony of high-quality projects, Phase 4 – 2019 and Phase 1 – 2020, Consultancy and Investment TEXO JSC was awarded the “High-quality project” Award by the Ministry of Construction for the period of April 2019 and January 2020 for four bidding packages: “Consultant Supervision  of Movenpick – Eurowindow Nha Trang luxury eco-resorts”, “Consultant Supervision for Radisson Blu Hotel – Eurowindow Nha Trang Ecotourism and Luxury Resort”; “Consultant Supervision of Condotel project – Eurowindow Nha Trang Ecotourism and Luxury Resort” and “Consultant Supervision for Head Office of General Department of Taxation”.

In attendance at the ceremony were Mr. Le Quang Hung, Deputy Minister of Construction – Chairman of the Examination Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Le – President of Vietnam Construction Union; Mr. Pham Minh Ha – Director of State authority for construction quality inspection, Vice Chairman of the Examination Council.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung said: “This award is an important event of the construction industry with the aim of honoring the collectives who have made great efforts in implementing high-quality projects”.

The criteria for consideration for this award include: Quality of works; Safety during construction; Safety against fire, explosion and environmental sanitation; Quality management; Construction progress; Application of new technologies, new materials, scientific and technical advances; Evaluation of the investor or the user; other awards for architecture and construction … Accordingly, there were 21 works and 9 bidding packages were awarded in this phase.

TEXO received four awards of High-quality Bidding Packages for consultant supervision service at the following projects: Radisson Blue Hotel – Eurowindow Nha Trang, Movenpick Hotel – Eurowindow Nha Trang, Contodel Project – Eurowindow Nha Trang, Head Office of General Department of Taxation

In implementing consultant supervision service, TEXO has made good cooperation with the Investor in providing information and construction progress in time, explaining related issues to the competent authority. In addition, TEXO also guarantee to ensure progress and quality of implementation, which is highly appreciated by the Investor.
